Gaurav started his career with IT major Infosys and moved up the corporate hierarchies contributing to software development and quality management, before he founded Profmax. Gaurav holds a B. Tech Degree in
Electrical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur.

Amrit Prasad, Chief Operating Officer

Amrit has excellent domain knowledge in various business & industry sectors. As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is responsible for augmenting the company’s operational capabilities in
line with its aggressive growth plans. Amrit also heads the company operations at USA.
Amrit also won the 2009 Prudential – Davis Productivity Awards competition as part of the Virtual Office Project Team at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The
competition attracted 568 nominations for innovation and productivity improvements worth $342 million in cost savings, cost avoidances and increased revenue for state government.
Amrit holds a Masters degree in Chemical from the University of Connecticut and B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Ashwini is responsible for creating, communication, executing current growth plans and also finalizing the road map for setting new achievable goals by the organization.
Ashwini holds B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and Masters in Management from IIM Calcutta, majoring in Finance and Consulting.

Tarun Varshney, Chief Marketing Officer

Treasures of technical knowledge, gems of professional experience mixed with the glitters of the initiatives of implementation in big places make it into become a professional, Tarun.
Tarun is using his enterprise software marketing experience in IT to drive the product marketing programs at Profmax. He is primary responsible for the areas of sales management, distribution
channel management, public relations, marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), pricing and market research.
Tarun holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and is a regular conference speaker at various events within India. Prior to Profmax, Tarun worked with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) at various positions and played a key role in implementing the KAIZEN Technology.

Paras, as the director of Education and Research, is the backbone of the Profmax on whom the entire policies, future and progress of Profmax works.
Paras has an impressive background in Electronics, Robotics, Embedded programming, research, private business, and government sectors. As an Education &
Research head at Profmax, his responsibilities include overseeing and helping formulate the policies, objectives and programs concerning education, research and Quality.
Paras holds a Masters degree in Electronics from Kanpur University. His research on Robo Vision System was accepted by NASA for their Education Explorer Program.

She has been consistently leading Human Resources practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and
standards at Profmax. Bhoomika firmly believes in creating exciting corporate culture where each employee feels proud and comfortable.
Bhoomika holds a MBA Degree from Pune University and B.Tech Degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University.

Anil Bajpai, Chief Finance Officer

Being an enterprising leader and a seasoned professional, Anil has in depth knowledge in Financial Accounting and Taxation Policies with the work experience of 20+ years in
different organizations. His experience of corporate world is a treasure to be part with.
He is primarily responsible for financial planning and managing the financial risks at Profmax. Mitigating financial challenges, overstepping to focus on objective and mission
of the organization and hence giving profitable financial work solutions, are his initiatives at Profmax. His role also includes communicating financial performance and forecasts to the analyst community.
Anil holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from Kanpur University and has been associated with various Financial Audit Committees.
